Free Shipping

Customers are not charged for delivery costs. It is offered as a promotion to encourage larger purchases, when an order meets a minimum value threshold. Free shipping can improve customer satisfaction and increase sales by reducing the overall cost of the purchase.

1. Navigate to Administration > Settings in the main menu.
2. Navigate to Shipping > Free Shipping in the Settings page.
3. Enable/Disable the Free shipping strategy.
4. Enter the Title for Free Shipping.
5. Check/Uncheck Offer Other Options. When this option is checked, other shipping options will be displayed even the free shipping applies.
6. Set the Order Amount Threshold for all the available currencies. Free shipping will be an option if the order is equal to or greater than the minimum value threshold.
7. When all the changes were made, click on the Save button, or on Discard to reject the updates.
