Shipping Zones

Shipping Zones are geographic areas that define where specific shipping methods and rates apply. Shipping zones are used to tailor shipping costs and delivery options based on the customer's location, such as by country, region/state or postal code. By setting up shipping zones, businesses can apply different shipping fees and services depending on where an order is being delivered, ensuring accurate and fair pricing.
Create a new Shipping Zone
- Navigate to Logistics > Shipping Zones in the main menu.
- Click Create.
- Enter the shipping zone Name and Description.
- Select a Country from the list and select a Region, province or state. The list of countries can be setted at Administration > Settings > General > Available Countries.
- Enter a Postal Code From and a Postal Code To to specify the range of postal codes applicable to this zone.
- When all the changes were made, click on the Save button, or on Discard to reject the updates.
