Payment Methods
In this section, you can enable or disable the different payment methods available for your store. Each option represents a different provider or modality, and you may activate only the ones you want to offer to your customers.
Offline
Enables an offline payment method, typically used for cash payments, bank transfers, deposits, or any manually processed modality. It does not process payments automatically; the merchant must confirm the payment before the order can proceed.
PayPal
Enables payments through PayPal, one of the world’s most widely used payment platforms. Customers can pay using their PayPal balance, linked credit or debit cards, or local payment options depending on the country. Funds are received directly in your PayPal account.
Stripe
Enables payments via Stripe, a global provider that supports credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay), and other region-dependent methods. Stripe processes payments securely and quickly, providing a modern checkout experience.
Mercado Pago Checkout
Enables the standard Mercado Pago checkout flow, where the customer is redirected to the Mercado Pago website to complete the payment. It supports credit cards, account balance, cash payments at local stores, bank transfers, and other regional methods. It is the simplest integration when operating in Latin America.
Mercado Pago Bricks
Enables the “Bricks” integration from Mercado Pago, which embeds components directly in your checkout (for example, card form, digital wallet, QR payment, etc.). This provides a more seamless and customized on-site payment experience without redirects. It requires additional technical configuration compared to the standard checkout.
