Shipping Rules

Shipping Rules are predefined conditions that determine how shipping methods, rates, and options are applied during checkout. Shipping rules allow businesses to control shipping costs, offer free shipping above certain thresholds, or restrict specific shipping methods to certain regions. By configuring shipping rules, e-commerce stores can provide tailored shipping options that align with operational costs and customer expectations, ensuring an efficient and cost-effective delivery process.

Create a new Shipping Rule

1. Navigate to Logistics > Shipping Rules in the main menu.
2. Click Create.
3. Enter the shipping rule Title and Description.
4. Enable/Disable the shipping rule. It will typically start as disabled until it is completed.
5. Enter the Currency and Cost of the shipping.
6. Select the shipping Zone
7. Select the shipping Carrier and its Method.
8. Enter the Rate Title, the title displayed for the shipping option when shipping rules becomes one of the available choices.
9. When all the changes were made, click on the Save button, or on Discard to reject the updates.
